Covid-19 Update

Max are pleased to confirm that our teams are still fully operational in line with the latest government guidelines. This includes our off-site team at ONS. We do understand, however, that for many businesses and institutions this is unfortunately still not the case. We continue to wish you well during this difficult period and look forward to somewhat easier times, hopefully by Spring 2021.

If you would like to schedule a call for a future date, please complete our contact form indicating a preferred day. We have decided to freeze our prices until May 1st 2021 to ensure that our customers are not penalised by the ongoing restrictions. We may decide to extend this date further still.

In the meantime, please do take a look at our podcasts page . The passion, enthusiasm and insight from our guest speakers has been inspirational, especially given the circumstances.

Max Podcasts

Welcome to our podcasts section. We are delighted to be able to share insights from archivists and other key players from across many sectors and industries. All those who have kindly agreed to be involved provide their own unique and fascinating perspectives on archives management, curation, access, digitisation, preservation and a host of related topics.

Our podcasts are open to any institution or business that holds an archive. This includes born-digital collections. The sessions are free to record and will only be published once sign-off has been provided by you, following any final edits. The 2020 podcast series offers an opportunity to promote your uniquely interesting content with an amplified voice, especially when the community of participants is so impressive, both individually and as a group.

If this is of interest, please complete our podcast enquiry form. We would be delighted to hear from you.

Family History Podcasts

Welcome to the Family History Podcasts series. This series, new in 2021, delves into the histories of families from across the UK and beyond and looks at the processes involved in digitising and preserving precious personal collections. As with our other podcast series, the insights provided are fascinating but in the case of family histories there's an additional personal element at play.

Max Communications' Family Archives service brings our award winning commercial services to private individuals wishing to open up their archives to other family members. Please click on the link above for further information or feel free to contact us directly for more information.
